ONLINE RESELL RETURNS POLICY – for purchases made on our website

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your items. You must create a shop via the website (this can be done via your My Account section) and fill out our online returns form below. All items are to have the tags still attached and be in the same condition you received them.

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be in the original condition they were purchased in. They must be clean, unworn, unwashed, still have the tags on and not smell like deodorant, have fake tan on them, etc. 
  • Garments are not damaged or altered

Once your return form has been processed, we will activate the product listing in your shop. When the item sells, simply ship the item to the customer. Once shipped, your sales total (minus our commission and transaction fee) will be deposited into your Virtual Wallet and can be used immediately on our website. You can also request to have these funds withdrawn. 

We will only refund if the item is faulty. Please note all items are inspected before sending, so you should not receive a faulty item. All vintage items will show some signs of wear as they have a past. This may include minor flaws that tell a story. Please keep this in mind. We will not accept any returns on sale items as these purchases are final. Please choose carefully.

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY – for purchases made in our Coolangatta shop

All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. All items are to have the tags still attached and be in the same condition you received them. If in satisfactory condition, we will deposit a credit amount in your Virtual Wallet to use on the website and in-store.

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be in the original condition they were purchased in. They must be clean, unworn, unwashed, still have the tags on and not smell like deodorant, have fake tan on them, etc.

Refunds can only be issued in the unlikely event your item is faulty. However, we do check each item carefully before posting to you.  All vintage items will show some signs of wear as they have a past. This may include minor flaws that tell a story. Please keep this in mind and thoroughly inspect your item before purchase. We will not accept any returns on sale items as these purchases are final. Please choose carefully.

Our store credits will be available to use immediately either in-store or online. You will receive an email confirmation of your credit amount. Your Wallet balance can be checked on our website in your My Account section. Due to the high turnover of stock in our online store and shop at Coolangatta, we cannot hold items for you.
